Welcome to Ocotillo Apartments. By accessing our website, booking a stay, or submitting a housing application, you agree to comply with and be bound by the following terms and conditions designed to ensure a safe and harmonious community.
Check-in is available daily from 10:00 AM to 11:00 PM. All guests and residents must present a valid government-issued photo ID and provide the required cash or card security deposit upon arrival to finalize their check-in process.
We maintain a pet-friendly environment allowing a maximum of one cat or dog per unit, subject to a $25 stay fee and a $100 refundable pet deposit. All residents and guests are expected to respect community rules, maintain quiet hours, and protect property facilities.
Management reserves the right to refuse service, update room rates, or modify community guidelines as necessary to maintain safety, security, and comfort across the property. Continued use of our premises constitutes acceptance of these active terms.
